Items from Infinite Craftsman are made to order.

Because each item is made after it is ordered, please allow time for your order to be made before it ships. We do not promise a specific delivery time, and any shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Please make sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. If we are unable to ship to the address you provide, we will let you know.

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a problem with your order, please reach out through our Contact page and we will do what we can to help. Items are made to order and cannot be returned, as described in our Refund policy.
